Moreton Bay publishes four crossover drawings and only one pair covers an ordinary dwelling, so picking the right sheet is the first decision. RS-051 is the heavy-duty industrial detail, and RS-056 is meant for rural crossings rather than kerbed suburban streets.

A saved copy is the second way to get this wrong
Get the current sheet from the council rather than a saved copy, because each carries a revision table and an instruction to confirm adoption before use.
The state-level position is in driveway gradients in Queensland, and nearby Brisbane publishes materially different figures.
Unamended IPWEA sheets that outrank QDC NMP 1.1
Moreton Bay's RS-049 and RS-050 are the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia sheets, adopted unamended, so they're the same drawings the City of Gold Coast publishes, revision history included.
