These Terms of Use are a draft placeholder governing access to and use of the DrivewayIQ website and application. This page should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon as a binding agreement.
Nature of the service
DrivewayIQ is a design support and documentation platform for residential driveway gradient profiles. It is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified engineer, certifier, surveyor, designer, or other project-specific professional, and does not guarantee building approval, council approval, certification, vehicle clearance, construction suitability, or any particular cost saving.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from Account Settings, with your plan remaining active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrivewayIQ is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on outputs generated by the platform. Outputs should always be independently reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DrivewayIQ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
