Common questions about billing
Both plans currently run the same software, with every feature available on each. Pro is defined as always including every feature, including any added later. Which features Standard will eventually exclude is still being worked out, and nothing is held back from either plan until that is settled and published.
That is the point of it. Without it, someone redraws the long section by hand from a PDF — setting out each zone, its length, its gradient and its RL, then dimensioning the lot. DrivewayIQ removes that step: you export at your drawing scale and reference it in. Whatever your drafting rate is, that is the saving, on every driveway.
Yes. Standard includes the full design workflow — the zone matrix, compliance checking against the rule pack, rate-of-change warnings over any metre, and a dimensioned long section.
Both, at present. The vehicle simulation — 952 vehicles, SAE J689 approach and departure geometry, and the occupant-load suspension drop — is available on either plan.
Yes. Both plans start with a free trial so you can design profiles and test the export before subscribing. No credit card commitment is charged during the trial period.
You'll be prompted to choose a plan before losing access. Your saved projects are kept for a reasonable grace period so you don't lose work if you decide to subscribe shortly after.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. You can move between Standard and Pro from Account Settings → Subscription at any time. Changes are prorated against your current billing cycle.
No GST is charged. DrivewayIQ is not currently registered for GST, so the price shown is the total amount and no GST appears on your receipt. If you are claiming the subscription as a business expense, note that there is no GST component to claim as an input tax credit.
DrivewayIQ uses a secure hosted payment provider supporting major credit and debit cards. Card details are never stored on DrivewayIQ servers.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account Settings → Subscription; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken. Requests for refunds outside of the free trial period are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact support to discuss your circumstances.
